Privacy for Kas Ledger private alpha
This policy explains how Kas Ledger handles customer and workspace information while the service is operated as a private-alpha SaaS.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
Information we collect
Kas Ledger may collect account details, workspace membership data, ledger activity, uploaded payment proofs, and support messages required to operate the private-alpha service.
How we use information
We use workspace data to deliver the product, verify transactions, support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and maintain service security.
Access and sharing
Workspace data is visible only to authorized members, Kas Ledger operators supporting the service, and service providers required to host or secure the platform, unless disclosure is legally required.
Retention and deletion
We retain data while a workspace is active and for a reasonable backup or audit period afterward. Private-alpha customers can contact us to request deletion or discuss export requirements.
