Terms for Kas Ledger private alpha
These terms describe the current operating expectations for Kas Ledger while the product is delivered as a private-alpha SaaS.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
Private-alpha service
Kas Ledger is currently offered as an invite-only private-alpha SaaS. Features, workflows, and availability may change as the product is refined with early customers.
Accounts and responsibilities
Workspace owners are responsible for approving member access, distributing invitation codes, and ensuring that submitted ledger data and payment proofs are accurate.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of payment flows, or attempts to disrupt service integrity or other workspaces.
Availability and support
Because the service is in private alpha, uptime guarantees, formal SLAs, and commercial terms may be defined separately during onboarding or pilot agreements.
Suspension and termination
Kas Ledger may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment under a commercial agreement, or other material violations that threaten the platform or other customers.
